Texas law requires all real estate licensees to give the following information
about brokerage services to prospective buyers, tenants, sellers and landlords.
Buyers, Sellers and Tenants have the right to have their own representation when dealing with a Real Estate Transaction.
Seller's Fees: Commissions will vary
Buyer's Fees: Most REALTORS® will NOT charge you a Buyer's Agent fee. They will receive their compensation from the Seller (private owner or Builder) at closing!
Tenant's Fees: Most REALTORS® will NOT charge you a Fee for their services. They will find an apartment, condo, single-family home to suit your needs. They will receive their compensation from the Landlord/Owner.
NOTE: Builders have an agreement to pay a Buyer's REALTOR®... so... wouldn't it make sense to hire one? It won't cost you a penny more!
