Howdy Partners, Lil Bout me...I begin serving and helping folks at a very young age. My parents instilled in me an attitude that "everyone will accept a glass of water if you place it next to them"; to me that translated as "don't ask, just serve". Well, Real Estate Services is the water and I just remain on-the-side-line...Ready, Willing & Abel to Serve...just call me in Coach! As a Native Texan myself, there is Pride in being a Texan and you can become an "Honorary Texan" when YOU "Own A Piece Of Texas". Since 1990 I have helped hundreds of families buy or sell homes, land, ranches, residential, businesses and commercial Improved or not. In 1995, after helping only qualified buyers for five years working under a Developer, I had a yearning to Help those less fortunate. So, I researched and became extremely proficient in helping those needing a 2nd chance. I am excited that now I not only serve but TEACH/CONSULT, my multi-facet clientele base from "Mobile Home to MANSION" AND from Wait Staff to Owner." I have witnessed...first hand... families going from 628 Sqft 1st time buyer to 12,000 Sqft Mansion. I also Serve as Consultant to Savyy and Novice Investors, Developers, Realtors, Brokers and Bankers. Part of my Family has joined my walk of service and the rest provide the greatest support we need to facilitate so many in so few hours available. Many times we laugh and feel the day should have more than 24 hours so we can help/serve more. Family is extremely important and we hope we can serve yours. Creative financing methods include qualifying and non-qualying assumptions, mortgage assignments, etc. My experience and knowledge is reflective of my 90% or more Personal Referral Business.
